Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Awesome!

Awesome both product & customer service. I ordered the 50qt cooler and it seemed FedEx lost it so I reached out to Cool Cat Cooler's customer service, they immediately investigated the issue. They also contacted the Massimo company who right away sent out a replacement cooler which I received the EXACT SAME DAY! As for the cooler, it is amazing it keeps my beverages perfectly cold using the digital temperature display. It holds quite a lot and will be very convenient when I take it various places.

I have the CX50. It shows that it has a battery gage. How long can I leave this unplugged using the built in battery?

Thanks for asking. This unit has to be plugged in to an outside source of battery, either your car or home outlet, or a battery pack to keep cool. To our knowledge there is not an internal power source/battery that will keep functioning without being plugged in.

If plugged into your car for a camping trip, would the car need to remain running? Or will it still charge with the car off (or just in the on position but no ignition)? Will it drain the car battery?

Great question! Massimo's coolers will run with an average Power Consumption: 45 +- 5W. It is best to run it from a DC power cable to connect with 12 volt/24 volt power source, AC to DC adapter to connect with 100~240 Volt AC power source. So when you are camping you could use a combination of running it off your car battery while you're driving and then plug it into a power source outside your vehicle when you're not driving. In the next few days we will be offering a new Power Station Portable Battery with an 8 hour charging time for using when you're far off-road. This will save you from using your car battery while not driving. You could run it still from your car battery but not all night. There is a cut-off that will stop you from draining your car battery. Happy camping!!! This cooler is a great choice for your trip!!
